Albumin Reagent Kit (Bromocresol Green)
Bromocresol green reagent for quantitative albumin in serum.
Ammonium molybdate reagent for quantitative inorganic phosphorus in serum and urine.
For in vitro diagnostic use by laboratory and healthcare professionals only. Please refer to the instructions for use supplied with each product for complete protocol and performance details.
For in vitro quantitative determination of inorganic phosphorus in serum and urine. Principle: Inorganic phosphate reacts with ammonium molybdate in sulphuric acid to form a phosphomolybdic complex, read at 340 nm; no protein-free filtrate is needed. If phosphorus exceeds 10 mg/dL, dilute the sample and re-assay.
Intended use: For in vitro quantitative determination of inorganic phosphorus in serum and urine.
