Albumin Reagent Kit (Bromocresol Green)
Bromocresol green reagent for quantitative albumin in serum.
Kinetic reagent for quantitative alpha-amylase activity in serum and urine.
For in vitro diagnostic use by laboratory and healthcare professionals only. Please refer to the instructions for use supplied with each product for complete protocol and performance details.
For in vitro quantitative determination of amylase activity in serum and urine. Principle: Alpha-amylase hydrolyses the substrate 2-chloro-4-nitrophenyl-α-galactosylmaltoside (GAL-G2-CNP); the rate of p-nitrophenyl formation, read at 405 nm, is proportional to amylase activity. Chelating agents interfere: do not use citrate, oxalate or EDTA anticoagulants.
Intended use: For in vitro quantitative determination of amylase activity in serum and urine.
