Albumin Reagent Kit (Bromocresol Green)
Bromocresol green reagent for quantitative albumin in serum.
Direct enzymatic reagent for HDL cholesterol in serum and plasma, with no pre-treatment or centrifugation.
For in vitro diagnostic use by laboratory and healthcare professionals only. Please refer to the instructions for use supplied with each product for complete protocol and performance details.
For in vitro quantitative determination of high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) in serum and plasma. Principle: A detergent solubilises only HDL, so HDL cholesterol is released to react with cholesterol esterase, cholesterol oxidase and chromogens to give colour. The colour intensity is proportional to HDL cholesterol. No sample pre-treatment or centrifugation is needed. If HDL-C exceeds 200 mg/dL, dilute the sample, re-assay and multiply by the dilution factor.
Intended use: For in vitro quantitative determination of high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) in serum and plasma.
