Albumin Reagent Kit (Bromocresol Green)
Bromocresol green reagent for quantitative albumin in serum.
Precipitating reagent for HDL cholesterol in serum and plasma, used with a total cholesterol reagent.
For in vitro diagnostic use by laboratory and healthcare professionals only. Please refer to the instructions for use supplied with each product for complete protocol and performance details.
For in vitro quantitative determination of high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) in serum and plasma, used together with a total cholesterol reagent. Principle: Low-density fractions (LDL, VLDL) are precipitated with phosphotungstic acid and magnesium chloride and removed by centrifugation. HDL cholesterol in the clear supernatant is measured with the same reagent used for total cholesterol.
Intended use: For in vitro quantitative determination of high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) in serum and plasma, used together with a total cholesterol reagent.
