Albumin Reagent Kit (Bromocresol Green)
Bromocresol green reagent for quantitative albumin in serum.
Enzymatic colorimetric reagent for quantitative glucose in serum, plasma, urine and cerebrospinal fluid.
For in vitro diagnostic use by laboratory and healthcare professionals only. Please refer to the instructions for use supplied with each product for complete protocol and performance details.
For in vitro quantitative determination of glucose concentration in serum, plasma, urine and cerebrospinal fluid. Principle: Glucose oxidase (GOD) converts glucose to gluconate and hydrogen peroxide; peroxidase (POD) then reacts the peroxide with phenol and 4-aminoantipyrine to give a coloured product, measured at 505 nm. The absorbance increase is proportional to the glucose concentration. If glucose exceeds 500 mg/dL, dilute the sample, re-assay and multiply by the dilution factor.
Intended use: For in vitro quantitative determination of glucose concentration in serum, plasma, urine and cerebrospinal fluid.
