Overview
A lateral flow chromatographic immunoassay for the qualitative detection of antibodies to Treponema pallidum in human whole blood, serum or plasma, as an aid in the diagnosis of infection. The test region is coated with recombinant Treponema antigens (Tpn 15, Tpn 47 and Tpn 17). Results should not be the sole basis for a clinical decision.
