Overview
A rapid test for the detection of filaria antibodies in human serum, plasma or whole blood. The nitrocellulose membrane is coated with a recombinant Brugia malayi antigen in the test region, with anti-Brugia malayi antibody conjugated to gold. The kit contains the test device, buffer and instructions for use. Results should not be the sole basis for a clinical decision.
Intended use: Detection of filaria antibodies in human serum, plasma or whole blood.
